Base Camps Introduction

Kayak camping is undoubtedly the best way to explore the wonders of Prince William Sound, and Anadyr Adventures has been showing people the time of their lives on our wilderness camping trips for the last 17 years. All our guests love being in the pristine northern temperate rainforest but some would prefer a more relaxed schedule than expedition style camping trip allows. To give people more time to soak in the splendor of this maritime wilderness, we’ve decided to offer two base camp alternatives in 2007. These camping experiences will allow a more intimate experience of areas we have found especially interesting to explore.

Both the Granite and Flent point trips will include round trip water taxi, prepared gourmet meals, a screen dining tent, camp chairs and table and tarps to set up a comfortable base camp. From this home base you will have the options and flexibility to experience Prince William Sound at your leisure.
